چکیده

(S, S)-1-hydroxy-1-oxo-2-c,5-t-diphenylphospholane or Fiaud’s acid is used as a novel and effective chiral organocatalyst for bis α-aminophosphonates synthesis with excellent diastereoselectivity yields within short reaction time. All synthesized revealed good to antifungal capacity, where the six compounds 4a, 4b, 4e, 4h, 4k 4l are best fungicide inhibiting growth of Fusarium oxysporum Botrytis cinerea by 65% 84% IC50 values <0.02 mg/mL. Similarly, these products exhibited strong antioxidant effect, whereas low inhibition activity was obtained both AChE BChE. Furthermore, they displayed very weak inhibitory against tyrosinase except compound 4l. These findings suggest possible use synthetic pesticides less hazardous effects antioxidant, anti-tyrosinase properties.

Design, Synthesis, and Antifungal Activity of New α-Aminophosphonates

α-Aminophosphonates are bioisosteres of amino acids and have several pharmacological activities. These compounds have been synthesized by various routes from reaction between amine, aldehyde, and phosphite compounds. In order to synthesize α-aminophosphonates, catalytic effect of CuCl2 was compared with FeCl3. Also all designed structures as well as griseofulvin were docked into the active site...

Biological Evaluation of Heterocycle Moiety of Some Novel azoles Derivatives as Antibacterial and Antifungal potential Agents

Background & Objective: Azole nucleuses are very important part of antimicrobial, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs. The azole class of compounds is the most popular among the antibacterial and antifungal classes because of its lower toxicity, higher efficacy and a broad spectrum of activity. Today, Efforts have focused on the development of new, less toxic and more efficacious antifungal a...

Synthesis and biological evaluation of novel ursolic acid analogues as potential α-glucosidase inhibitors

Ursolic acid (UA) is a major pentacyclic triterpenoid in plants, vegetables and fruits, which has been reported to have a potential anti-diabetic activity. Despite various semi-synthetic ursolic acid derivatives already described, new derivatives still need to be designed and synthesized to further improve the anti-diabetic activity. In the present study, two series of novel UA derivatives, wer...

Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Novel Quinoline Derivatives as Antibacterial and Antifungal Agents

Vilsmeier Several diamide derivatives containing 2-chloroquinoline scaffolds were synthesized via Ugi reaction of 2-chloroquinoline-3-carboxaldehydes, amines, carboxylic acids and isocyanides. The diversity of these quinolinyl Ugi-adducts was increased by using 2-chloroquinoline-3-carboxylic acids as a source of acid. Among them, compounds 2d, 2n, 2p, 4a, 4c and<strong...
